Important Information:

If this item is used in an application with fats and oils, even though the item may appear clean after being washed, it will start to exclude the fats and oils. This results in the blade feeling sticky or gummy. Rubbermaid recommends its new high heat scrapers for this type of application. The blades on the high heat scrapers are manufactured from silicone which is non-absorbent of fats and oils
